We require that all applicants write an essay about why he/she would like to attend the camp and what they hope to get from it. We also require a recommendation from a student counselor or science teacher, including their address and phone number. The essay and recommendation are very important. Applicants will be graded and selected by these, so be sure to make them the best they can be. All applicants must be age 13 through 17 by April 15, 2008.

The total cost for tuition, room and board is $275.00. The Selection Committee of Maine TU Trout Camp shall make its selections based on the candidate’s qualifications and desire. Do not send payments until you receive an acceptance letter.
